I’m so glad you’re here and taking the time to learn more about me.
I’m the founder of Milestones Counseling and Therapeutic Services, and I’ve spent years supporting individuals and families in all kinds of settings. I truly believe that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I like to think outside the box, using a mix of strategies (and even technology when it fits) to find what works best for you.
In our work together, I’ll draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Mindfulness, and a big-picture approach that takes into account not just the individual, but their family and environment too. I focus on setting clear, realistic goals and building a strong, trusting relationship—usually with some humor and warmth along the way!
I work with kids, teens, and adults—especially those with neurodevelopmental, emotional, sensory, or behavioral differences. I have a special interest in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, ODD, and those dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or emotional ups and downs. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support as they navigate their own journeys.
My goal is always to help people embrace their strengths, understand their challenges, and move toward meaningful growth—no matter their age or where they're starting from.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified School Social Worker, and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I’m always learning and growing right alongside my clients.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two wonderful kids and two energetic dogs, and I’ve been married to my supportive husband for over 19 years. I bring both personal and professional experience into my work, and I truly believe growth is possible at any age.
If you’re ready to start working toward your own milestones, I’d love to support you.
Licensed Social Worker
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Victoria and I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning to it, I’m honored to be part of your journey.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with children, teens, and adults facing a range of challenges—including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and identity-related concerns. I also provide support for the LGBTQ+ community, facilitate small groups, and offer parent and caregiver support.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Acceptance Identify Move (AIM), and strengths-based interventions. My goal is to help you build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
Before entering this private practice, I spent over six years working in a special needs school in Somerset County, NJ. There, I supported middle and high school students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and helped them prepare for life beyond the classroom—whether that meant college, work, or developing greater independence.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Widener University and remain committed to ongoing learning and growth in my field. Most importantly, I believe in the potential for growth and healing at every stage of life—and I’m here to walk alongside you, one step at a time.
Licensed Social Worker
Hello, and welcome! I’m Noemia and I believe that everyone deserves to feel supported, especially during life’s more challenging moments. My goal is to meet young people and their families where they are—with empathy, respect, and care.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a heartfelt passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. My background includes experience in the foster care system and in crisis intervention and prevention services—work that has shaped my deep commitment to showing up with compassion, understanding, and a trauma-informed approach.
I believe in the power of connection—sometimes the most meaningful support starts with simply being present, listening without judgment, and creating a space where young people and their families feel truly seen. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that every child has the capacity to heal and grow when they feel safe, supported, and empowered.
As I begin this next chapter with Milestones Counseling, I’m excited to walk alongside youth and families, offering encouragement, tools, and hope. Whether your family is navigating emotional, behavioral, or life transitions, I’m here to help you move forward together—with care and purpose.

Clinical Intake Coordinator
Hello! My name is Anastazia Miller and I am a senior at The College of New Jersey, pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a minor in Management. A goal of mine after college is to go to graduate school for Counseling and obtain my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I am very passionate about becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in order to become a therapist for children, adolescents, and young adults in the future.
I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Milestone Behavioral Health, located in Yardley, PA, where I provide support and interventions to children and adolescents, utilizing behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies to help stabilize and guide clients closer to more positive outcomes. I collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals within the organization involved in offering support to my clients. As a BHT, I specifically work closely with my clients in the school setting, in order to help them manage behaviors in a calm and professional manner, providing de-escalation and behavior management strategies as necessary.
As the Clinical Intake Coordinator here at Milestones Counseling, I assist with scheduling sessions, conducting phone consultations, and verifying insurance with potential new clients while gathering intake information to assess initial fit. I also assist with the onboarding process of new clients to help make the process simple and easy for those who are new to our practice!

With a background in psychology and ongoing graduate training in mental health counseling, I understand both the clinical and administrative sides of mental health care. I’m known for my accuracy, professionalism, and trauma-informed communication style, and I help practices run smoothly so clinicians can focus on what matters most—their clients.
