Simple Practice is the platform used by Milestones Counseling and Therapeutic Services. It is the best way to communicate with clients regarding document sending/completing, communication and payment. Clients like the ease and accessibility to navigate their own portal and review and upload documents. Simple practice will also send a text and/or email reminders to clients of their next scheduled appointment.
We are offering both in-person and TeleHealth options.
In-person sessions are in the Flemington office.
We also see clients using a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform through Simple Practice.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or "no-shows" made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $65 late cancellation fee. We do understand that things happen unexpectedly, (illness, accident, weather) so we can offer the option to have a phone or video session if you’re unable to keep our session.

Using the Simple Practice client portal, payment transactions can be accessed allowing use of Credit Card and Insurance. Personal Check can be accepted at the time of your In-Person session. A receipt will be provided upon payment using your Simple Practice Client Portal or in-person after session.

Out of Network
We can provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network services. We would recommend reaching out to your insurance to review coverage/costs for out of network providers.
